Ruth is a Partner at Mercers and a Chartered Legal Executive and Licensed Conveyancer in our Residential Property department which she heads up.  She advises on a wide range of issues relating to freehold and leasehold property including the following areas:-

• House/Flat sales and purchases
• Development work
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Probate sales

Ruth qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2006 and as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2022 when she also became a partner at the firm and has worked both in-house at a bank and in private practice giving her a wide variety of experience.  She joined Mercers in 2020 after working for 11 years at a well-known London firm.  She has worked with a large variety of clients from private individuals to companies including offshore entities.
