Meet the Mercers Solicitors team

Ella has joined the Residential Department after completing her law degree.

Guy has been a Partner of Mercers since 2002 and specialises in Private Client work.

Laura is currently a Paralegal in the Litigation and Contentious Probate Department.

Sarah joined Mercers in 2022 as a post-completions administrator, a complete change of tack after a long career as a writer and editor.

Katie has joined Mercers Residential Department as a Paralegal after managing her own Equine Business for the past two years.

Sarah joined Mercers in 2007 as a Solicitor in the Private Client Department. Sarah is also a Notary Public.

Abi is a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing department. Having spent the past 10 years working in Recruitment.

Shella is an Associate Solicitor in the Private Client Department, she joined the firm in 2013.

Samantha (Sam) has worked in local solicitors offices for over 25 years within all fields of legal work.

You will find me tidying up the latter part of your transaction, dealing with most things post completion.

Peter is a Private Client Partner and Managing Partner, and part of the Contentious Trusts and Estates team. He read Geography at Cambridge.

Sandra is a paralegal who works in the Mercers residential conveyancing department.

Rebecca is an experienced paralegal with over 10 years’ experience in both new build transactions and residential property transactions.

Louisa initially studied Archaeology and went onto completing her Law Conversion course (GDL and LPC)

Justine is a Partner and is Head of the Litigation Dept, and Head of Contentious Trusts and Estates team. Justine read History at Cambridge

Ruth is a Partner at Mercers and a Chartered Legal Executive and Licensed Conveyancer in our Residential Property department which she heads up

Paula is a Partner at Mercers and is head of the Private Client Department. She read modern languages (French and German) at Oxford and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2003.

Lynne is an Associate Solicitor in our Residential Property department and specialises in all aspects of freehold and leasehold matters

Amanda read Law at Leicester University and following completion of her post-graduate studies in Guildford

Alexandra (Alex) is a Partner in the Private Client department at Mercers. Alex read Law at University and went on to attain a Masters in Legal Practice.

Daniel has joined Mercers Residential Property Department after working as a Senior Conveyancer in a high street law Firm in Reading for over 12 years. He brings with him a wealth of experience in various property matters.

Madeleine has many years private client tax experience, having originally started her career at HM Revenue & Customs.

Charlotte is a highly experienced Paralegal and joins Mercers Property Team having worked for a high street law firm in Reading for over seven years.

Paul is a Consultant at Mercers and specialises in Capital Tax planning with particular reference to the use of Trusts, asset protection, and Wills.

Kerry is the Tax and Trust administrator in the Private Client department, bringing over 15 years of experience in office administration.

Osama started working in residential conveyancing two and a half years ago in Maidenhead, and recently made the move to working in Henley.

Aneta is a Conveyancer who works in the Mercers residential conveyancing department.

Megan is a Solicitor, specialising in Litigation. Megan read Law at University and went on to attain a Masters in Legal Practice.

Katherine is Chartered Legal Executive and joined Mercers after qualifying at a well-known firm in Central Oxford.
